Jorge García Tíscar holds the position of Associate Professor at the CMT - Clean Mobility & Thermofluids Institute of the Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV), Spain. His main research topic is the experimental and numerical study of rotating machinery aeroacoustics, including small radial compressors and UAV propellers. He is co-PI of the MODERA project.

His record includes more than 50 publications between JCR-indexed scientific papers and contributions to major conferences, with an h-index of 15. He currently serves as the Vice-dean for Industry Chairs at the Aerospace Engineering and Industrial Design School at UPV, as Vice-chair for the ASME Technical Committee on Microturbines, Turbochargers & Small Turbomachinery, as Chair of the EUCASS Technical Committee on CFD & Multi-Physics Simulation in Aerospace, and as representative of UPV in the PEGASUS network.

Roberto Navarro is an Associate Professor at UPV and researcher at CMT. He is currently focusing on developing low-order and experimentally-validated CFD models of turbomachinery, UAV propellers and vacuum tube trains. Roberto is the other co-IP of MODERA.

He has published 40 JCR papers (h-index of 15) and 20 contributions to international conferences, having supervised 4 PhD theses. He has participated in 20 competitive, publicly-funded projects (in 5 of them with the role of PI) and in 35 transfer projects funded by industry partners, which have crystallized into 2 patents. From December 2024, he holds the role of Academic Director of the CFD MSc program at UPV

Israel Quintanilla is an Associate Professor at UPV and researcher in Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS). He is the leader of the WUAS-UPV working group. He got his PhD. in Geodesy and Cartography in 2001. Headmaster of the University Master in Unmanned Aerial Systems, he has been involved in several drone projects, courses and congresses. Also, member of the RPAS AESA assessing commission, member of the Spanish Aerospace Technology Platform (PAE), the UPV representative in the European Network of U-space Stakeholders and an active member of EUROCAE. He has participated in more than 35 regional, national, and European projects such as U-ELCOME (U-space European COMmon dEpLoyment - INEA/CEF/ICT/A2020/2381931), for which he serves as Principal Investigator (PI) and coordinator in the Valencian Community.

Pau Bares: Aerospace engineer focused on control algorithms, experimental data acquisition and signal processing, adaptative strategies for optimization of propulsive systems, and acoustic-based diagnosis.

Josep Gómez: Aerospace engineer specialized in high-fidelity numerical simulations, with special emphasis on noise generation and numerical optimization through design of experi-ments, genetic algorithms, and machine learning.

Áurea Cecilia Gallego Salguero: Geodesy and Cartography engineer, with experience in the UAS sector in emergencies and GNSS technologies integrated with Geographic Information Systems, applied to U-Space.

Federico Nahuel Ramírez: Aerospace engineer, PhD student hired through additional the funding call PREP2022-000221 in the framework of the ENOLA project. His research is aligned with the project objectives, and he expects to defend his PhD thesis in 2026.
